Cactus Jack Sent Me - Video Review

By Ashton Slaughter

I embarked on an adventure to see if the Travis Scott Meal at McDonald’s really lived up to the hype. After all, we’ve seen plenty of TikTok’s and Instagram troll posts about it, so HOW good is it? Luckily, you have me to answer that question.

Travis Scott, the Billboard Music award winner, and 6-time Grammy nominee, has a very… hype fanbase to say the least. They are known for being ‘ragers’ at concerts, meaning they are people that go crazy while Scott is performing. Scott even says on his track “STARGAZING,” while referencing his concerts, “And it ain’t a mosh pit if ain’t no injuries, I got ‘em stage divin’ out the nosebleeds,” which may sound crazy, but it’s kind of true. In fact, this lyric was in reference to a show in New York City, where a fan was pushed off a three-story balcony, and ended up being paralyzed. At another show in Arkansas back in 2017, Scott was arrested for inciting a riot and endangering the welfare of a minor… so yeah, pretty crazy.

These ‘ragers,’ and even just casual Travis Scott fans, have come out to try this meal, even taking the posters off of the McDonald’s window that’s used for advertisement to keep for a memorabilia item.

So, if you’re hoping to find out how the meal tasted, click the link to watch the video about it; hopefully you’ll get a laugh out of it too.
