Kraken Kookies

Are you into cookies? Are you into eating really fancy cookies that taste great without costing an arm and a leg? Well, sophomore Parker Baskerville created just the business for you — Kraken Kookies. From strawberry lemonade to red velvet cookies, Baskerville is always coming up with creative ideas for her new products.

Baskerville created her cookie-selling business back in 2022. Making her cookies from scratch, she decided to sell them for only a dollar each. The people that buy them love them because they are simply delicious and made with the utmost care that only the lovable Parker Baskerville could bring.
She passionately explains, “I really enjoy baking and making people happy. I figured it was a happy medium to exchange happiness for a dollar.”
However, Kraken Kookies was not always Kraken Kookies. Over the months, Baskerville decided to rebrand her business as it used to be called Whisk-y Business. Because she promoted her business through Instagram and by word of mouth around school, she felt a name change was necessary.

Baskerville explains, “a) that sounds like I sell alcohol, and b) people don’t know how to spell it.”
Looking forward to the future, she is hopeful that her new business name will help her reach out to more people looking for a tasty treat. Not only did she come up with the business name herself, but she also makes up her own recipes at home.
She mentions, “I make cookies from scratch and come up with my own recipes and types of cookies.”
Baskerville works hard in tweaking each individual recipe at home to make each batch of cookies just right for her customers.
On her Instagram, Camila Martinez excitedly writes, “Parker, those are outstanding, good work!”
Kaitlynn Leblanc simply states, “These cookies are perfect.”
Baskeville’s creations are loved by all her friends and customers who try them. From the simplest classic cookies to the more gourmet cookies, they are all made with the best ingredients and taste wonderful. If you are interested in trying one of her delicious cookies, look for Parker Baskerville around school when she puts out a new batch. You are sure to get an inexpensive but delectable treat, all wrapped in a pretty bow with one of her witty labels.
